Our staff and our doctor are the reason that our patients have confidence in our service and return year after year. Our staff is exceptional and is the reason that we are frequently complemented by the thoroughness and care that we give. Each of our staff members is important and contributes to the level of expertise that we offer. They will help you in any way they are able; gathering the necessary information for your examination, helping you select fashionable frames, finding out about your insurance benefits, and finding convenient times to schedule your appointments, etc. We would like to introduce each one and how they contribute to your care.
Diane - Office Manager
It's exciting to be a key part of a progressive leading-edge practice. One of my responsibilities is to make sure that you feel welcome.
As Office Manager, I have worked for over 15 years in the Optometric field, with all of them being at this office! I know all of the “ins and outs” of this office and can take care of nearly everything for you.
We treat all ages and it is common for us to see several generations of patients here, and I am very excited to continue meeting new patients and their families.
It is my job to make sure that you have a pleasant experience when you visit us. We help you with routine care, with medical care (eye diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts), eyeglasses, contact lenses, special corrective lenses so that you can see without having to wear eyeglasses or contact lenses. We see many children in our office and pride ourselves that we are kid friendly and well experienced in seeing children and adults with special needs. A very important part of our office is Vision Therapy and we are able to help people in ways that can help them make remarkable changes and improvements to their lives.

Adriana - Director of Patient Services
I am the Director of Patient Services and have enjoyed working here for the past 13 years. I will likely be the person you will speak with when you call our office. I can usually answer your questions and often anticipate them even before you ask. I will help you understand any vision insurance coverage and benefits you may have.
I will be the happy face greeting you when you arrive, helping you through the preliminary exam, and doing the specialized testing such as the visual fields, retinal photographs and the Heidelberg Retinal Scans.
I will also assist you in selecting stylish eyewear that compliment your appearance, and meet all your vision needs.

Phyllis - Chief Financial Officer
I am the official number-cruncher here at Family Eye Care and I make sure the business side of the office runs smoothly. I have the distinction of being the longest running staff member, having been here since 1992.
We are a very caring family and always put our patients needs first. I love working here!!
Donna - Head Vision Therapist
I have held the position of head vision therapist for 14 years. I find it fulfilling and gratifying to help children and adults to make positive changes in their lives whether it is with reading, homework, sports, or being better coordinated. I love seeing the successes that individuals experience through Vision Therapy as they gain new abilities, accelerate learning and enhance the full expression of their potential.
It is remarkable to see the transformation in children who have struggled in school and those that have been diagnosed with various learning disabilities: ADD/ADHD, Dyslexia. We have been fortunate to be able to help individuals with Autism, PDD, and Aspergers.
It is equally inspiring to see the changes in our adult patients that have had these same struggles throughout their lives, or as a result of a stroke or motor vehicle accident. Watching as they gain or regain abilities is inspirational. Seeing their success and being a part of facilitating those changes motivates me further in encouraging patients to reach even greater heights.
I have completed many courses in Vision Therapy and work directly with the doctor to better understand how to help our patients. I have a passion for helping others and working with kids of all ages. I am dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through Vision Therapy.
Tina T - Director of Communications
I am the Director of Communications and make sure our patients are updated with the latest information regarding our practice. I set up meetings with parents groups, school nurses, and other groups where Dr. Roth is asked to speak about Vision Therapy, Autism, Brain Injury, etc.
I manage our website, Facebook page, emails, promotions, etc. I will keep you updated with our monthly and quarterly newsletters. I have been at Family Eye Care for 13 years and know the office forwards and back. I am committed to making sure that our patients receive the best possible care!
Tina C - Optometric Technologist
I always have a smile on my face and am the happy face that will greet you when you enter our office. I enjoy the one-on-one interaction with each patient.
My role is Optometric Technologist. This simply means that I am very experienced in the job that I do. I help you by gathering the information needed in the preliminary testing, photos of the back of your eye, and everything necessary so that Dr. Roth can give you and each patient the most thorough and accurate eye exam possible. I then assist Dr. Roth in the examination room and help you in any way I can.
When you meet me, you will see that I am fashion conscious and I will help you select fashion forward eyewear to help you look your best. I also know a lot about frame styles and can explain and demonstrate lens options, do adjustments and repairs. I am also well experienced in making eyeglasses. I can help you with insurance questions and can obtain information about your benefits. I am also the office computer wiz and I help on the “techy” end of the office.

Jessica - Optometric Technician and Optical Laboratory Manager
As a proud member of our team, I am happy to help you throughout your Comprehensive Eye Exam. You will probably find that this will be the most thorough examination that you have ever had!
If eyeglasses are prescribed, I will help you select frames that will help you look your best, and lenses that you will help you to see your best. We have a large inventory of frames and our high-quality eyeglass lenses will meet your specific vision needs. As the Lab Technician, I am in charge of accuracy and quality control, and will adjust your eyeglasses so that they are comfortable. Walk-in repairs and adjustments are welcome. If you call and ask for Jess, I can reserve a time for you.
If you are interested in contact lenses, I will be happy to help you with tips on how to insert and remove your lenses and how to best care for your lenses and eyes with our new One Step’ Cleaning System!

Brandy - Optometric Assistant
Brandy has a positive attitude and a friendly smile - all of which make her a natural in our office. Brandy is the newest addition to our staff and has shown natural talent in helping our patients. She has learned quickly and is responsible for the important role of preliminary testing before you see the doctor, assisting with contact lenses, selecting the perfect pair of frames to suit your personality and adjusting your eyeglasses. She looks forward to assisting you with your eyewear needs and making your experience a pleasurable one.
